ABOUT



Şevval is an Istanbul-based Art Director with a background in Product Design. With her multidisciplinary approach combines conceptual thinking with a sharp visual sensibility, spanning fashion, music, and contemporary culture. She began her career designing concept products for global brands such as Nike, Electrolux, and Karaca. Later, at Based Istanbul, she served as Art Director for the magazine’s 42nd and 43rd print issues, while also working on digital campaigns through the BI Creative agency. Her clients included Zorlu PSM, Singleton, Les Benjamins, Kısmet by Milka, Toyota, Netflix, Yves Saint Laurent Turkey, and Armani Turkey.

Now working independently as a freelance Art Director, Şevval leads the visual identity of Mezkla, an emerging fusion restaurant. Her recent work also explores set design and prop styling for fashion editorials and campaigns, as well as visual artworks for music projects—creating imagery that weaves together mood, material, and narrative.
